I’m extremely happy that my mirror piece with the skeleton of European Eel was bought by d’Angleterre. It is almost 2 meter wide and so perfectly placed in the Michelin Restaurant Marchal.

The plates are 2 mm steel of the highest quality – they are in them selfs state-of-the-art. And I love working with them. Though it feels like tattooing. Absolutely no stroke ore line can be drawn incorrectly.
